As this is a Canadian banking holiday, customers are reminded to add extra processing time for deposits, withdrawals, and e-currency exchanges; along with document review and support ticket replies.

Many of you may be wondering what Victoria Day even is, since it has always been a distinctly Canadian observance, while many of our members are from all around the world. Since at least 1845, Canada has celebrated Queen Victoria’s birthday as a public holiday, which falls on May 24 (1819). At some point, the date of observance was switched to the last Monday preceding May 25.

The date is simultaneously that on which the current Canadian sovereign‘s official birthday is recognized, which is often confused with Canada Day.

It is sometimes informally considered the beginning of the summer season in Canada!

  • Sign into your account and go to My Money –> Deposit Funds.

  • Choose the “Bank” deposit option.

  • Choose your currency and transaction amount.
  • One you have chosen these, the option for Wire Payment via MegaTransfer will appear.
  • NOTE: If you are trying to deposit in a currency that is unsupported, or from an account that is within the US, Iran or North Korea, you will not have the option to use this deposit method.

  • Confirm your transaction.

  • Confirm again that your transaction is correct.
  • Enter your name and email address.

Please allow one to three (1 – 3) business days for your funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank’s transaction time-frames — the fund will appear in your account as soon as we receive them).
