Please be advised that SolidTrust Pay’s offices will be closed on Monday, May 20th to observe Victoria Day in Canada. Customers are reminded to add an extra day of processing time for their deposits and withdrawals.

In order to make accepting payments easier for our WordPress-based merchants, SolidTrust Pay now has a WordPress-based shopping cart – WooCommerce – available for download directly from our site.

Our primary customer support center is currently experience a telecommunications outage. As a result, our phone support is limited at present. Our office staff is working with our telecommunications provider to determine the source of the problem and bring that location back online as quickly as possible.

The “Click Here validated your account” link, links to a phishing site intended to collect your account details. Additionally, while the email appears to be generated by solidtrustpay.com, the reply-to address reveals a different address. The reply-to address may vary but, if you receive this email, you will note that replies will be directed to email addresses that are not found @solidtrustpay.com .
It is important to note that SolidTrust Pay does not require customers to enter their account details on websites hosted outside of solidtrustpay.com. Be sure to review the URL (web address) of any website you are entering your personal into. Thank you!
SolidTrust Pay Phone Support will be closed February 18, 2013 to observe Canadian Family Day and US President’s Day.
