Upcoming Holidays

Please be advised that SolidTrust Pay’s offices will be closed on Monday, May 20th to observe Victoria Day in Canada.  Customers are reminded to add an extra day of processing time for their deposits and withdrawals.

Additionally, please add an extra day of processing time of the Memorial Day long weekend (May 27th) due to the US Federal Holiday.  SolidTrust Pay Customer Support will continue to operate normal business hours on Memorial Day.

WordPress-friendly Shopping Cart Now Available for SolidTrust Pay!

WordPress, an extremely popular and accessible web content management system, is used around the world for a huge variety of websites, including some of our own merchants.  In order to make accepting payments easier for our WordPress-based merchants, SolidTrust Pay now has a WordPress-based shopping cart – WooCommerce – available for download directly from our site.

Visit our Shopping Carts page to download the WooCommerce module, or view other available shopping cart interfaces, including cubecart, OSCommerce, and ZenCart.

Our primary customer support center is currently experience a telecommunications outage.  As a result, our phone support is limited at present.  Our office staff is working with our telecommunications provider to determine the source of the problem and bring that location back online as quickly as possible.

Office Closure: Friday, March 29 & Monday, April 1

Please be advised that SolidTrust Pay offices will be closed on Friday, March 29 (Good Friday) and Monday, April 1st (Easter Monday).  

We would also like to remind customers to add extra processing time for their transactions due to the banking holidays.

In case you not fill all the fields, and an internal system conflict occurs between your account and system database, your SolidTrust Pay account will be blocked.

The “Click Here validated your account” link, links to a phishing site intended to collect your account details.  Additionally, while the email appears to be generated by solidtrustpay.com, the reply-to address reveals a different address. The reply-to address may vary but, if you receive this email, you will note that replies will be directed to email addresses that are not found @solidtrustpay.com .

It is important to note that SolidTrust Pay does not require customers to enter their account details on websites hosted outside of solidtrustpay.com.  Be sure to review the URL (web address) of any website you are entering your personal into.  Thank you!

Phone Support Holiday – February 18, 2013

SolidTrust Pay Phone Support will be closed February 18, 2013 to observe Canadian Family Day and US President’s Day.
Due to the banking holiday, transactions will also take 1 additional day for processing.

We will return to normal operating hours on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 and look forward to serving you then!

Phone Support Closed – February 8, 2013

Unfortunately, SolidTrust Pay’s phone support centre – which is located in an area without public transit – is closed today due to inclement weather. Regrettably, due to heavy snowfall today, our phone support representatives are unable to safely travel to work.

For assistance, please visit our support centre and submit a ticket for online help. Our staff will be responding to ticket requests as quickly as possible.
